·        Use of dedicated function room for recreation, relaxation and education for the group in the evening, with TV/VCR provided.

Notes:

  1. As a concession one accompanying adult per 12 children is accommodated for free and this person can occupy a standard room as a single occupant. Food is charged at £18.00  (See 2 below)
  2. Should your group occupy all 23 rooms En-suite rooms can be made available on a shared basis,  no extra charge for this superior accommodation will be levied.
  1. Access to overnight accommodation is generally available from 1400 on the day of arrival, and rooms must be vacated by 1000 on the day of departure to allow for cleaning and occupation by other guests.   However secure storage of baggage and possessions and full use of all other Centre facilities is available from 0800 on the day of arrival until 2200 on the day of departure.
  1. All guests to be supervised at all times ~ the Centre reserves the right to refuse admission
  1. The Mount Batten Centre can recommend off site visits to local places and sites of interest, as alternatives or to supplement on site activities. Such places include the National Marine Aquarium, the National Trust’s Saltram House, Plymouth Pavilion’s Ice Rink and Swimming complex, Morwhellam Quay, and other educational, leisure or recreational locations in or near Plymouth.  
  2. This notice should be read in conjunction with “notes for schools”
  3. Unless confirmed in writing, exclusive use is not guaranteed.
  4. Subject to availability, all prices are to be confirmed at least 6 weeks before arrival.
